How do I reserve a group study room?
Answer
You can reserve up to 4 hours of study room time per day.
From the library's homepage, click "Reserve a Study Room."
The blue info square next to each room number contains information about the room if you mouse over it.
Select the date when you need the room.
Click on the time slot(s) needed. You can choose up to 8 half-hour slots per day.
Click Submit Times.
Check the times and room are right. Click Continue.
Fill out the form and "Submit my Booking." You must use your jacks email address or any sdstate email account.
You will receive e-mail confirmation for your reservation that includes instructions for cancelling the reservation if needed. Room reservations are held for 15 minutes after your start time. If you know that you will be late, call the Library Services Desk so we can adjust your reservation time for you. Call 605-688-5107.
